From February to November 2023, musician and photographer Bill Patrick joined his long-time friend, DJ and producer Seth Troxler, on a world tour spanning four continents, twenty countries, and over forty cities. With a unique blend of photojournalism, music photography, and portraiture, Patrick captured this exhilarating journey through a series of analog photographs, offering an intimate look at life on the road and a vibrant reflection on velocity. More importantly, In Between is a heartfelt tribute to friendship.

Featuring over 250 photographs and select texts, In Between marks Patrick's debut photo book and serves as the first documentation of Troxler's life and work. Unlike typical live music photography, this book expands the genre into a multi-faceted photo essay.

Loud nightclub scenes filled with exuberant drag queens contrast with striking black-and-white photographs of the Egyptian desert. The rhythm of vibrant nightlife is punctuated by moments of solitude, while street photographs provide a glimpse into the cultural essence of otherwise anonymous cities, echoing the works of renowned photographers like Nan Goldin and Joel Meyerowitz.
